2. Product Availability

We do our best to keep everything in stock and up to date, but availability is not guaranteed.

Items in your cart are not reserved until you complete your purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we'll contact you right away and issue a full refund.


3. Orders

All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Because we are a small business, we do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds once your order is confirmed.


4. Returns + Store Credit

We hope you love everything, babe!

However, if something's not quite right:

  •   Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
  •   All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
  •   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  •   We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages-please keep your tracking info.
  •   Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.


5. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before your order ships. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for lost/damaged packages after they've been marked as delivered.


6.Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including text, photos, logos, graphics, and designs) is owned by XO Luna Babe LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


7.User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:
